it strikes me as fascinating

that we have come to a point in history

where we can criticise “his” value and “his”story

for what he is wearing

and use it as a talking point preserved

for more than 15 minutes, as to why one President “deserved”

to be berated by another.

I fear we have lost the plot

while trading fashion advice

that the real issue for our lot

is the theft of Ukrainian lands and lives at the hands of Russian vice.
