This way, you can bitch to your heart’s content without unnecessarily burdening the poor saps that are stuck in isolation with you. If you are stuck in quarantine alone, journaling will help you keep track of what ails you without having to worry about whether or not you are loosing your mind while carrying on a full blown conversation by yourself.

But let’s face it, if you’ve not learned to cope by week 2, having conversations with yourself will be the least of your concerns.
